About Me

Q. Tell us a little about yourself - where did you grow up?

La Habra, CA

Q. How would you describe yourself growing up?

I was kind of floater. I had a few people in all different kinds of cliques that I got along with. I was always in honors classes and sports growing up, though.

Q. Did you always want to be a model? How did you first get into modelling?
I never really considered it when I was younger. I grew up in SoCal all my life and I see so many people trying to do the Hollywood thing from all across the world so there was a lot of competition to try and bank on making it as a model. I guess it started by just doing a few photo shoots with some photographers I met over the years and it progressed from there.
Q. What do you enjoy most about modeling?
All of the different themes and artistic visions behind some photo shoots. I really enjoy dressing up and helping a form of art come to life.
Q. How many years have you been an E3 model and what characters / companies have you represented?
I have worked with Nintendo at E3 for the past 3 years.
Q. Since you have worked with Nintendo for 3 years, does Nintendo ask you back specifically or is that handled through an agency?
Nintendo does not ask me back specifically. They've used a promotional marketing company that they hired me and over 100 other girls through for 4 years. The company is called Push models.

Q. Does Nintendo give you training on the games or products you will be representing prior to the show?
Every year, the day before the convention starts, they have a 3 hour training to go over confidentiality, the layout, and what our assigned areas are. I was mainly doing line control for the 3DS Puzzle where Nintendo was giving out prizes while trying out the new games. It generated a consistent line with a wait of over 3 hours long. It was my job to manage line breaks to keep the flow of traffic on the floor and answer questions from customers.
Q. Describe (briefly) a typical day for you at E3.
(1) check in (2) report to the area/position assigned to us (3) work 9am until 6pm with 2 breaks while standing in a mini skirt and tall boots on carpeted concrete floors.

Q. What is your favorite part of working at E3?

Getting to play and demonstrate all of the new games before their release.

Q. How is E3 different than other conventions or events you participate in?

E3 consistently generates very knowledgeable, and industry-related consumers. Many other conventions are generally open to the public.
